Ms. Lynch has practiced intellectual property law for over 30 years. Her multi-faceted work background provides her with a unique perspective gained from her work in private practice, university and corporate environments. Ms. Lynch is able to provide a unique perspective to all clients to obtain the best result for her clients.
Ms. Lynch offers a wide variety of expertise in many areas of technology including but not limited to medical devices, textiles, security systems, gaming technology, pulp and paper technology, packaging technology, renewable energy technologies and more.
Ms. Lynch is a member of the North Carolina Bar, the State Bar of Georgia and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Lynch is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center specializing in intellectual property law, and has a mechanical engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
